Referrals not needed. We do not require referrals for new patients. However, some medical insurances do. Thus, most patients can simply call us and make an appointment for evaluation.

Indoor allergies (cat, dog, & other furry pets) tend to worsen in the late fall and winter. Increased use of home heat results in more exposure to those allergens.
Please note: we are a peanut and tree nut free zone.
Please do not wear perfumes, colognes, or scented lotions when coming to our office. Many of our patients have significant adverse reactions to such products.
Medicare, Tricare, and Medicaid. On June 1, 2010, we stopped accepting Medicare, Tricare, and Medicaid insurance. However we continue to accept Medicare, Tricare, and Medicaid patients, offering them large discounts to help make their care more affordable. Please read Dr. Park's letter regarding opting out of Medicare, Tricare, and Medicaid.
